California Consumer Privacy Notice
Effective Date: 22nd July 20251. Introduction and Scope
This California Consumer Privacy Notice ("Notice") is issued by Doceree Inc. ("Doceree," "we," "our," or "us") in compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (collectively, the "CCPA"). It supplements our general Privacy Policy and applies solely to California residents who interact with or use Doceree's Co-Pay Platform, including all related services, technologies, and interfaces.
This Notice describes the categories of personal information that we collect, the purposes for which it is used, and your rights under California law. It does not apply to information collected in an employment or business-to-business context.
Doceree's Co-Pay Platform enables consumers to search for, and access prescription medication discount offers made available by third-party sponsors such as pharmaceutical manufacturers or affiliated programs. Doceree does not provide medical treatment, process insurance, or operate as a pharmacy or pharmacy benefit manager.
2. Personal Information We Collect
The categories of personal information that we collect, and have collected within the last 12 months, are outlined below. The information we collect may vary depending on how you interact with the Co-Pay Platform, for example, whether you search anonymously or create an account.

- From discount sponsors: When validating or displaying manufacturer-sponsored offers.
4. Use of Personal Information
We use personal information solely for the following business and operational purposes, all of which are permitted under CCPA:
- To provide and maintain the Co-Pay Platform and associated features;

While Doceree does not sell personal information for monetary compensation, certain data collected through cookies or tracking technologies may be considered a "sale" or "share" under California law if it is used for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: You may request that we limit the use and disclosure of your sensitive personal information to that which is necessary to perform the services or provide the goods reasonably expected by you.
- Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights. This means we will not deny services, charge different prices, or provide a different level or quality of service based solely on your choices regarding your personal information.
- Right to Correct: You have the right to request that we correct the inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.

We will take steps to verify your identity before fulfilling your request, which may include requesting additional information from you or matching the information provided to information already maintained in our systems. If we cannot verify your identity, we may be unable to respond to your request.
You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. If you do so, we will require proof of the agent's authority and verification of your identity.
9. Cookies and Analytics
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies for purposes including session management, security, site performance, analytics, and limited personalization. These technologies help us understand how users interact with the Co-Pay Platform and improve your experience.

10. Children's Privacy
The Co-Pay Platform is intended solely for use by individuals who are 18 years of age or older. In accordance with our Terms of Use and pages., we do not permit individuals under the age of 18 to create an account, access services, or otherwise engage with the Platform.
We do not knowingly collect, sell, or share personal information from individuals under 18 years of age. Additionally, we do not knowingly "sell" or "share" personal information (as those terms are defined under California law) of individuals under the age of 16.
If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from anyone under the age of 18, we will promptly take appropriate steps to delete such information and restrict future access.
11. Changes to This Notice
We may update this California Consumer Privacy Notice from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, legal obligations, or operational requirements.
When material changes are made, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Notice and make the updated version available on the Co-Pay Platform. Where required by law, we will also notify you through additional means, such as direct notice or prominent disclosures.
